At Azzurro Racing, we utilize Bambu Lab X1C and H2D FDM printers to deliver high-quality, precision-printed parts for both prototyping and functional applications.

We work with a range of materials tailored to each project:

​

• PETG HF for fast, cost-effective prototypes.
   

• Carbon Nylon for components exposed to high temperatures and demanding conditions.
   

• PPA-CF for critical structural parts requiring maximum strength and dimensional stability.
   

All filaments are dried to manufacturer specifications before printing to ensure optimal mechanical performance. The X1C provides fast, consistent results for smaller parts, while the H2D offers greater build volume—ideal for large components—though it requires more setup and power.
